We have an exciting opportunity available to join our team responsible for the maintenance of the Gold Coast Light Railfleetas the . Based at our maintenance facility in , you will primarily be responsible for representing Quality within the project team and striving for customer satisfaction by managing all quality and product safety activities

We’ll look to you for:

• Providing Quality governance across the operation by maintaining and continuously improving the Project Quality Management Plan
• Representing Alstom in customer meetings for Quality related topics
• Conducting root-cause analysis and facilitating problem solving (8D, QRQC, REX)
• Owning the Supplier Parts List and managing supplier quality
• Managing the NCR process, defect management and driving through to closure
• Providing support for periodic progress reporting through quality indicators and identify improvement opportunities
• Supporting, conducting and participating in internal/ external audits
• Conducting quality inspections and following through via relevant processes with associated stakeholders

• Significant experience within a similar role, leading Quality for a site/operation
• Project Management and maintenance operations experience will be highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or similar)
