Dein Aufgabenbereich:

• technische Betreuung unserer Fertigungslinie
• Internes und externes Change Management
• Validierung, Datenverarbeitung, Statistik
• Durchführung eigener Projekte zur Qualitäts- und Kostenverbesserung
• Support von Entwicklungsprojekten
• Durchführung von Kaizen / SixSigma Projekten

Was Du mitbringst:

• Du hast Dein Herz an die Validierung von Fertigungsequipment (IQ/OQ/PQ/Statistik) verloren. Nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung brennst du für das Change-Management für interne und externe Änderungen. Obwohl eigenständig und autark in der Arbeitsweise triffst Du deine Entscheidungen im Team
• Fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Für Dich ist es wichtig, als Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen zu fungieren. Du beziehst interne wie externe Stakeholder in Deine Arbeit ein und vernetzt Dich entsprechend. Es gefällt Dir als Teil eines internationalen Unternehmens über Ländergrenzen hinweg zu arbeiten
• Idealerweise ein technisches Studium mit Abschluss als Bachelor, Master oder Diplom und entsprechende Erfahrung aus dem regulierten Umfeld bzw. einen Technikerabschluss mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
• Hohes technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und ein Faible für komplexe Zusammenhänge
• Gutes Verständnis im Zusammenhang mit Daten, deren Erhebung und anschließenden statistischen Auswertung
• Kenntnisse in Lean Production, SixSigma, Kaizen
• Erweiterte Fähigkeiten in der Anwendung gängiger Computeranwendungen
• Herausragende Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
