QA Manager - 12 months contract

This is a temporary role for 12 months.

Location: Allschwil, Basel-land, Switzerland.

Remote working: 2 days of home office possible.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate quality assurance activities that advance the company-s mission to provide high-quality, impactful healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate deviations, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Conduct audits and contribute to pharmaceutical quality system enhancements, aligning efforts with the organization-s global healthcare impact.

Requirements:

• Master-s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field, with a preference for PhD or PharmD holders, allowing you to excel and lead in quality assurance.
• Extensive experience in QA within pharmaceutical development or manufacturing, offering a platform to apply and expand your expertise.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP regulations, with excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in German or French as a bonus.
