• As Quality Assurance and Risk Manager in the field of Delivery Assurance for SAP and ServiceNow Project and Managed Services, you will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with NTT DATA regions to conductfor new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed
• risk and quality assessments
• Providing feedback on the to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations
• Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing , including internal management reporting
• Managing working withregions to define the correct escalation path, supporting de-escalation managers, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence

• Your 10 years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and / or Services Management proves your:
• Bachelor’s degree in
• IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments

• Proven delivery assurance skills
• Strong proejct/service management and leadership abilities
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
