We are looking for a Quality Engineer Compliance (f/m/d) to join us and play a key role in strengthening quality and regulatory compliance across our production environment at Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG. As part of Flowtec, one of our global production centers for flow measurement technology, you will work close to manufacturing and engineering, ensuring that our products meet international standards and can be trusted by customers worldwide.

In this role, you combine technical expertise with a hands-on mindset to ensure that standards are applied effectively, audits are conducted professionally, and continuous improvement is embedded in our production processes.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits in the production environment.
  
• analyze non-conformities, define appropriate corrective measures, and ensure their effective implementation.
  
• apply your solid understanding of relevant norms and standards in a practical, production-oriented way.
  
• actively share your know-how within the global network and support colleagues on regulatory and compliance topics.
  
• collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams.
  
• travel occasionally as part of your role, approximately 10%.
  

What do we expect from you?

You:

• 
  
• hold a completed university or FH degree, for example in a technical feeld like Engineering or Quality Assurance, Compliance, or an other comparable field.
  
• bring a strong technical background with several years of experience in Quality Assurance within an industrial setting, ideally in production and audit environments.
  
• have very good knowledge of relevant norms and regulations, in particular pressure regulations, hygienic applications, Ex regulations, and ideally seal and marine approvals.
  
• have experience implementing standards and norms in existing production processes and conducting assessments and audits.
  
• work in a process-oriented, pragmatic way with a hands-on mindset and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
  
• have proven know-how in building, further developing, and closing quality and compliance gaps.
