Your role, your impact:

• Conduct quality control procedures, cooperate with the client on quality issues
• Process non-conformity reports (NCR) and analyse causes as well as develop prevention actions
• Take part in the QMS process
• Maintain clean and detailed data on all issues and incidents
• Implement new quality tools, including GSI, APSYS, etc
• You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility

What you bring

• Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in quality tools (root cause analysis, NCRs, internal and external audits)
• Understanding of specifics of railroad industry
• Intermediate English
• Quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Relevance of technical recommendations
• Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork
