Activity rate: 80% (Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 19:00)
Working hours are subject to possible variations depending on replacement requirements
In this role, and as a member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring that every client or visitor receives a professional, warm and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the reception desk and waiting areas;
Handling incoming calls;
Coordinating clients and visitors arrivals as well as hospitality services, including refreshments, catering requests and support for events;
Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized reception area;
Overseeing meeting rooms bookings, anticipating needs and providing timely assistance;
Providing diverse corporate services to our staff members (taxi booking, e-bike loan, parking spaces management etc.);
Support mail handling, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks as required
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma, in particular from a hotel management school;
A first successful experience in reception in a demanding environment and/or in banquet organization;
French mother tongue (or at least C1 level) with a good level of written and spoken English (B2 minimum);
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment and comfortable with new technologies (in particular video-conferencing)
And demonstrate the following skills:

You enjoy teamwork and work well with others
