Recruitment Consultant / Consultant Life Sciences (100%)

Your responsibilities

• Searching, selecting, and placing specialists and executives in the scientific field (chemistry, pharma, biotech, medical technology);
• Writing job advertisements, evaluating incoming applications, and conducting interviews;
• Directly approaching potential candidates, including via social media channels;
• Presenting the most promising candidates to our clients and advising them on filling open positions;
• Significant co-responsibility for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to the business success of our branch;
• Supporting and advising scientists regarding their career development and implementing personnel marketing measures.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training or a university degree in a scientific discipline;
• It’s a big plus if you already have work experience in the life sciences industry;
• We’d also love to meet you if you have experience as a recruiter or sourcer working with life science profiles, even without a scientific background;
• You have a good overview of the life sciences sector in the region;
• You are an open-minded person who enjoys interacting with different people;
• You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both German and English;
• You enjoy engaging with our clients and talents both over the phone and in person;
• You value friendly and humorous collaboration with your teammates.
