What you're going to do

We are looking for a creative and engaging individual with a wide range of interests to join our Requirements Engineering team in the Market Unit Financial Services (60-100% workload). • Collaborating with clients to develop and describe business use cases
• Analyzing business processes and organizational structures to derive meaningful requirements
• Assessing and validating solution designs based on project specifications
• Specifying complex technical requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
• Designing solution concepts in close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX experts
• Coordinating and documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Supporting the implementation of solution designs throughout the development life cycle
• Acting as a key liaison between clients and development teams
• Communicating change requests and supporting topics across stakeholder groups

What we're looking for

• University degree (ETH/university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles
• Analytical mindset with an independent and proactive working style as well as strong communication skills
• Commitment to dive into existing, complex IT solutions and co-create new ones
• Fluency in German and English
• Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering are an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum (practical experience is a plus)
• Basic technical knowledge, for example about databases, is a plus
