Job Description

In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination, execution and follow-up of Retail Marketing initiatives across our global network. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, you will bridge strategy and execution by driving project management, logistics coordination and operational excellence for gifting, visual merchandising and retail activation projects.

As a Retail Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate and monitor Retail Marketing, Gifting and Visual Merchandising projects from planning to execution.
• Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time implementation.
• Maintain project tracking tools, dashboards and status reports, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and external partners to ensure the timely production, distribution and delivery of retail assets.
• Monitor shipments, boutique installation schedules and deployment planning across markets.
• Act as a key liaison between Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and regional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Support the implementation of retail activations, visual merchandising rollouts and gifting initiatives while ensuring consistency with Brand standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, guidelines, presentations and operational toolkits.
• Contribute to the development of new operational solutions, including digital platforms and sustainability initiatives such as second-life strategies for retail assets.
• Support budget follow-up, purchase orders, invoice management and administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and strengthen operational best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Project Management, Operations, Logistics or a similar environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain and production processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact across functions and regions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
