What you will do

• Have meaningful conversations with customers over the phone and email
• Help customers understand their cover and make changes they feel better suit their needs
• Use compliant customer centric strategies, (we'll teach you!) to help customers keep the cover they value when it matters most
• Be a voice of support for vulnerable customers
• Work together with your team to create amazing customer experiences every day

3 days per week (minimum 21.75 hours), • Flexible scheduling between 8am–7pm, • Perfect for fitting work around study, family, or other commitments

Monday to Friday roster, • Standard hours with some flexibility, • Ideal for those looking to launch or accelerate their career
