Sales Coordinator

• In this versatile position, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager with pricing and production planning, preparing documentation and statistics, coordinating sales meetings and tradeshows, and handling daily correspondence in . Strong for this role
• German, French, and English
• German language skills are essential

What you’ll do

• Creat and prepare spreadsheets for pricings, price lists and order forms
• Support the sales manager in production planning tasks
• Build and compile sales documentation
• Preparation and realization of sales meetings and tradeshows
• Various administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in German, English and French
• First work experience - ideally with sales background
• SAP/S4 knowledge could be an advantage
• Technical understanding
• Analytical skills and detailed oriented
• Interests in sports
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
