We are looking for an organised and proactive to support the Delano London Sales team across day-to-day sales activity, account management and business development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, hospitality or administrative role; hotel experience preferred
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients, partners and colleagues
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with CRM and hotel systems such as Salesforce and Opera is advantageous
• Strong team player with a positive, collaborative approach
• Genuine interest in luxury hospitality, travel, food, culture and the Delano brand
• Professional, personable and approachable, with a natural instinct for service
• Excellent written and spoken English
