      Sales Manager - New Business (B2B)

      Start: Immediatly or ad agreement

      Place of work: Langenthal (Switzerland)

      What You’ll Do:

      • Identify and connect with potential airline customers through direct outreach and industry networking
      • Represent Caynova at trade shows, conferences and customer visits around the globe
      • Drive initial contact through to product demo – paving the way for quotes and contract negotiations
      • Build relationships at all levels: from high-level decision makers to product definition / customer experience, engineering, maintenance and procurement teams
      • Collaborate with marketing to shape our outbound messaging and account strategy
      • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
      • Contribute to the company's visibility and network expansion efforts
      • Cultivate and fortify relationships with customers through consistent engagement
      • Lead negotiations for customer-awarded contracts
      • Able to quickly grasp and explain essential technical and regulatory principles relevant to our solutions, with the support of technical experts for detailed discussions.
      • Foster close collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies, plans, targets, and opportunities
      • Travelling worldwide with up to 50% of contracted time

      • Persistent and strategic – you follow up without being pushy, and always see the bigger picture
      • Professional and trustworthy – you are confident with stakeholders at executive management level and a credible partner to technical teams

      • Resilient and persistent — you maintain your energy and optimism, even in the face of setbacks.

      Must-Haves:

      • Experience in finding an winning new business customers (B2B), expecially in technical industries
      • Technically curious with a strong interest in cutting-edge solutions
      • Excellent command of German and English (C1/C2 level)
      • Valid work permit for Switzerland or permanent residency in EU/EFTA is necessary.
