To support our after-sales team, we are looking for a technically savvy Sales Manager Spare Parts. Your confident manner and open personality set you apart, and personal customer contact is the icing on the cake for you. Responsibilities
- Proactive sales of spare parts for SKAN equipment
- Identifying sales opportunities and defining sales strategies for spare parts
- Supporting SKAN customers and maintaining regular contact with them
- Sharing obsolescence status and any last-time-buy campaigns with affected customers
- Participating in trade fairs and customer events
- Supporting SKAN partners and branches with regard to the regional sale of spare parts
Hardskills
- Basic commercial or technical training, professional experience in sales desirable
- Confident use of common MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Good German and English skills are required
- Negotiation skills and good decision-making
- Independent working style with high motivation
- A flair for numbers
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
