You’ll work on exciting projects that span multiple Salesforce orgs, including Financial Service Cloud Sales & Service, Revenue Cloud, Digital Lending, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and delivering exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business

What would your role be:

• Collaborate with a growing team of 7 Salesforce experts to design, develop, and operate multiple Salesforce orgs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and propose scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions
• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and integration strategies
• Leverage your expertise in integration platforms (preferably Mulesoft Anypoint) to build and maintain reliable, scalable integrations
• Be a champion of DevOps methodologies, ensuring our solutions are innovative, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with business teams to maximize the potential of Salesforce’s standard features

What are we looking for:

• We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled but also passionate about creating impactful solutions. Here’s what we’re after:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, with a strong technical background beyond the Salesforce ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model, declarative configuration (flows, analytics, flexi pages, rule engine, omniscript), and coding languages like APEX, JavaScript, AURA, and Lightning Web Components
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint, Kafka, REST APIs and similar tools
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, SFP, and SF CLI to manage and deploy Salesforce metadata
• Experience in financial services and with Financial Services Cloud is a big plus
• Salesforce certifications are a bonus, but your skills and experience matter most
• Proficiency in English and/or German is essential
