This is what you can expect

• Maintaining, customizing and enhancing SAP S/4HANA CO processes, including Material Ledger
• Identifying opportunities for automation, harmonization and process optimization within the CO landscape
• Supporting and contributing to SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
• Acting as a trusted partner for management accounting and controlling teams
• Providing second‑level support and guiding key users in daily operations
• Leading training sessions and workshops to improve system knowledge and adoption
• Collaborating with external service providers and contributing to Change Advisory Board decisions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, alignment with Group IT policies, and supporting SAP authorization topics

This is what you need to be successful in this role

• Strong functional skills in SAP CO, including Product Costing and Material Ledger
• Solid understanding of Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes and their SAP integrations
• Ability to design, customize and optimize controlling processes in S/4HANA
• Practical experience in SAP CO integration with other modules (e.g., FI, MM, PP)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Structured, solution‑oriented and improvement‑focused working style
• Ability to collaborate effectively with controlling teams, IT colleagues and external partners
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
