Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP landscape (SAP S/4HANA, MES, EWM) and its integration with cloud and peripheral systems.
• Define and evolve the SAP strategy, including architecture, technology standards, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead and develop the SAP Basis team while managing external partners and service providers.
• Oversee SAP security, authorisation concepts, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Administer and optimise the SAP Basis infrastructure - release management, performance, monitoring, and HA/DR.
• Plan and execute SAP infrastructure projects, migrations, rollouts, and cloud integrations, ensuring effective incident, problem, and change management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, preferably within SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft/SAP cloud environments.
• Leadership or project management experience is a strong advantage.
• Comprehensive expertise in SAP security and authorisation management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations and occasionally work on weekends or public holidays.
• Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2), both spoken and written.
