Enabling processes and technology in the HR landscape by supporting the SAP HR Payroll system
SAP Payroll configuration and administration
Partnering with functional HR Payroll regarding maintenance and business as usual support of the SAP Payroll module
Interact and partner with HR payroll team and stakeholders to document business requirements for maintenance and changes to the SAP Payroll system
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area,
Preferred Qualifications:
Background with HR payroll, knowledge of the HR payroll process
Background with SAP Payroll module and configuration and administration from an IT perspective
Background with comprehending business requirements, translating requirements to technical documents, and experience with requirements gathering
Insurance Industry experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $85,500.00 - $140,000.00 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%
