In this role you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Customer Service (CS) modules to meet business requirements.
SAP Senior Consultant Service and Repair (CS) 100% (w/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Configure and customize SAP CS modules to support business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CS modules, including system design, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Ensure successful integration of SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS functionality, performance, and integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to CS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP initiatives and projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or BTech, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping, and customer service functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CS integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Solid command of German and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
