Contribute positively to the collaborative culture of Secondary School teams., -Support the academic and emotional well-being of students., -Liaise with Subject Teachers, Grade Level Teams, and Coordinators to ensure programme requirements are met., -Demonstrate effective classroom management that addresses academic, social, and emotional learning., -Use technology effectively to enhance learning., -Ensure continuity of teaching and learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher., -Assist with the preparation of learning materials and organization of the classroom environment

Education, Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree., -Current teaching qualification for Secondary level preferred., -Minimum 4 years of recent and relevant Secondary School classroom experience., -International school experience is advantageous., -Knowledge and experience of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) or Diploma Programme (DP) preferable., -Excellent English communication skills., -Experience teaching learners with diverse needs., -Strong classroom management skills, empathy, and interpersonal skills., -Valid Swiss work and residence permit required
