We are looking for a Real Estate Senior Accountant, to join a regulated investment management firm and support the financial management of real estate investment vehicles and related entities.

Senior Accountant Real Estate (80%-100%)

About the job:

• Manage accounting for real estate investment structures and holding companies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under Swiss accounting standards.
• Calculate net asset values (NAVs) and financial performance metrics.
• Process transactions, capital activities, distributions, and development projects.
• Review and oversee property-level accounting and financing arrangements.
• Coordinate tax-related matters with external advisors.
• Support cash flow planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with investor administration and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Perform and document internal control activities.

About the candidate:

• Experience in accounting within real estate, investment management, fiduciary services, or similar environments.
• Commercial education with further qualifications in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured working style.
• Proficient in Excel and common accounting software.
• Fluent German is a must have.
• Motivated to take ownership and develop professionally.
