• Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:
• Supports the development and configuration of applications by understanding the requirements of customers and recommending application performance improvements, to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Understands the customers' processes and products, and how they fit within the goals of the overall function
• Engage with the solution architect to review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements and validate estimates provided by the suppliers
• Produce an estimate for the level of effort and cost of new application functionality and perform quality review checks on project deliverables
• Collaborate on and review the documentation of specifications and act as liaison between the business and IT
• Participate in implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues and provide training as required
• Respond to application problem tickets as required

Job Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in application development or support
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and data governance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
