Become part of the dynamic and ambitious Swiss EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Team and be part of a Swiss legacy spanning nearly 30 years. Your role will involve various operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the success of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program in Switzerland.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Administrative support: Manage the team mailbox; prepare and edit administrative documents (contracts, addendums, correspondence, reports, presentations); ensure compliance (QRM checks, BRIDGE); maintain the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year SharePoint site; organize and consolidate shared documents and records for easy access; coordinate recurring communication with Program nominees and Alumni (e.g., birthday wishes, festive cards/e-cards).
• Data Management: Maintain and update the program’s CRM database; generate and populate the Alumni database and Power BI dashboard.
• Financial & Invoice Management: Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices; follow up on payment procedures; maintain financial documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare regular financial/budget reports and team/program activity reports.
• Meetings & Events Support: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the team in all administrative matters; maintain organized files and documentation; proactively seek ways to enhance processes and contribute to team success.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Education: Commercial apprenticeship with Matura or Bachelor’s degree.
• Digital Proficiency: Tech-savvy with strong digital skills, including ability to leverage AI for task automation and data analysis.
• MS Office Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel – including advanced functions like pivot tables – and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Organizational Excellence: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to work with confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate initiative in finding solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Work Style: Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Swiss German (native or proficiency), English (C1 level);
