Ihre Rolle

Als Senior Automation Engineer übernehmen Sie die Rolle als Subject Matter Expert (SME) für Automation und verantworten die Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen in der Wirkstoffherstellung.

Sie begleiten die Systeme im Bereich PCS/MES über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Planung und Implementierung über den Betrieb bis hin zur Ausserbetriebnahme.
 

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Automation & Systemverantwortung

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungssystemen  (PCS/MES)
• Erstellung und Review von Spezifikationen sowie Qualifizierungsdokumenten
• Entwicklung, Durchführung und Testung von Softwareanpassungen
• Unterstützung sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
   

Anlagenverantwortung & Support

• Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen, Ereignissen und Abweichungen
• Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen
• Ansprechpartner für die Produktion bei technischen Fragestellungen
• Einleitung und Überwachung von Massnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung

Durchführung von Änderungen im Routinebetrieb (Change Management)

Projekte & Standards

• Mitarbeit in lokalen sowie globalen Projekten

• Einhaltung und Abstimmung von Automationsstandards

• Umsetzung von Projekten nach ISA-S88 / ISA-S95:

  • Anforderungsdefinition
  • Detaildesign
  • Softwarekonfiguration
  • Systemintegration
  • Qualifizierung und Tests
  • Steuerung und Review von Automations-Arbeitspaketen als SME
     

Qualität & Validierung

• Sicherstellung von cGxP-konformen Prozessen
• Entwicklung und Durchführung von Validierungstestfällen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität und Produktion
• Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen

Prozessoptimierung

• Identifikation und Bewertung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Optimierung und Neugestaltung von Prozessen (Business Re-Engineering)
   

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung

• Hochschulabschluss (FH/Universität) in:

  • Elektro- oder Informationstechnik
  • Automatisierungstechnik
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    (Bachelor, Master, Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., M.Sc.)
     

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der industriellen Automatisierung

• Davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

• Fundierte Erfahrung mit:

  • cGxP-Regularien
  • CSV (Computersystemvalidierung)
  • Qualifizierung & Validierung von Systemen

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im gesamten Projektzyklus:

  • Spezifikation
  • Implementierung
  • Inbetriebnahme
  • Qualifizierung / Abnahme
     

Technische Kompetenzen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PCS/MES-Systemen
• Erfahrung mit ISA-S88 / ISA-S95
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
   

Sprachen

• Deutsch: fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Englisch: sehr gute Kenntnisse
