• An Automation Specialist orchestrates and streamlines business processes through technology. Responsibilities encompass designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using programming languages such as Python and Java or tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that automate manual processes
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including technical specifications and user manuals
• Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they work as intended and meet quality standards
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, and make recommendations for improving existing processes and systems
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use automation solutions effectively
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience working with automation tools and technologies such as UiPath or Power Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, BASH, VBA, LLM and other Gen AI tools
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Significant experience in automation engineering
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Experience managing automation projects
