Does it fulfill you to bring these worlds together?, , The Avaloq Cost and Finance Business Analysis role focuses on identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the core banking application Avaloq integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure

What would your role be?

• Being responsible for the Cost and Finance area for all solutions and improvements (balance sheet logic, cost profiles, etc.)
• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished within the cost and finance area of Avaloq
• Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the cost and finance solutions with business stakeholders
• Communicating business stakeholder needs to the Avaloq development team by translating business requirements into Avaloq module requirements
• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or a university in the field of Computer Science/Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Relevant Avaloq certification and experience
• Resilient and flexible, as well as open to new ideas and approaches
• A proactive and motivated team player with an independent, reliable work style and a strong focus on quality
• An idea driver and view innovations as new opportunities
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is an advantage
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
