What would your role be?

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.)
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry. Experience with the South African market a considerable advantage
• Experience with onboarding of complex structures
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills. German would be an added advantage
• A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service
• Good understanding of financial products and markets
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office)
