The opportunity

At EY, we're seeking top-tier professionals to join our team as Senior Consultant in our Manufacturing practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of operational performance by supporting our clients in implementing world-class operational excellence programs and delivering transformative results.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their operational challenges and strategic goals
• Contribute to the design and implementation of highly impactful operational excellence programs
• Conduct rigorous data analysis and comprehensive process assessments to identify untapped potential and improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute on-site solutions, tailored training programs, and high-impact workshops to drive operational transformations
• Provide expert coaching and guidance to frontline and production managers, empowering them to become champions of operational excellence
• Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to facilitate change management and ensure sustainable implementation of operational improvements
• Monitor project progress and navigate complex multi-site global engagements to deliver timely and exceptional results

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in a leading management consulting firm or in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / Production Management / Digital Operations
• Proven expertise in operational improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and others
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with clients, frontline managers, and senior executives with impact and influence
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully coaching and mentoring teams to drive exceptional performance
• Willingness to travel extensively (+80%) for global client engagements
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in French and German is a plus
