As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the delivery of high-quality client services. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects across Digital Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing Excellence. Your key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver workstreams within complex supply chain, procurement, and operations engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adherence to EY methodologies, and proactive management of delivery risks
• Conduct operational diagnostics, data analysis, and modelling across supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, asset management, digital, and operational excellence, translating findings into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations
• Partner with client stakeholders to design, validate, and implement solutions, facilitate workshops, and develop executive-level presentations, while building trusted client relationships and leveraging EY’s global network
• Coach and support junior team members, contribute to a strong learning culture, and support business development initiatives including proposals, thought leadership, and internal capability building

Skills and attributes for success

• 2-5 years experience delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions, such as Supply Chain IT platforms, analytics and visualisation tools, warehouse and transport management systems, demand planning systems, blockchain, or automation/robotics technologies
• Exposure to Procurement within complex, large-scale organisational environments—beyond purely transactional activities—with a focus on strategic sourcing and process optimisation
• Demonstrated capability in Operational and Manufacturing Excellence, including continuous improvement initiatives, systems thinking, and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma in both operational and manufacturing contexts
• Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of one or more of our Supply Chain and Operations areas, and capability to become a leader in one or more of those areas
• Relevant business consulting experience
