Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Senior Critical Facilities Engineer. In this role, you will use your years of relevant experience to take a leading position within the team and use your technical expertise to guide and develop others. You will act as a support for your supervisors and lead by example, playing the pivotal role of coach to those who need it on the team.
Your key responsibilities are to maintain and ensure the technical operation of all key infrastructure within the Equinix Data Centres, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out in a timely and correct manner. You will work closely with subcontractors and be a point of technical reference for those around you.
If you are a motivated and focused professional who thrives on change, on troubleshooting complex issues, and analysing logs and diagnostics tools to resolve power/cooling, hardware/software issues, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a 24/7 position, therefore in this role you will be working shift work (including nights).
