As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the client journey – from initial sales through implementation, design, adoption, and long-term growth. You will be the orchestrator of client value, working at the intersection of analytics, underwriting expertise, and business strategy

About You

• You thrive at the intersection of client relationships, technical solutions, and business outcomes. Your approach combines commercial instinct with analytical thinking, allowing you to translate complex risk concepts into tangible value for clients
• We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements;
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Client Delivery, Consulting or Solutions Sales in data-driven or insurance-related environments, • Strong exposure to property and/or natural catastrophe risk, underwriting, analytics, or related client use cases, • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Underwriting and Key Account Management teams in a reinsurance context, • Experience managing senior client stakeholders and leading outcome-focused discussions
• Additional desirable qualifications:
• Experience with catastrophe modelling tools or risk analytics platforms, • Background in property underwriting, portfolio management, or related disciplines, • Experience in solution-oriented sales or consultative client engagement models, • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and influence without direct authority
• Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average
• For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 132’000 CHF and 198’000 CHF for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus
