Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager - F/M/X to work on the coordination of cyber security initiatives and to ensure compliance with the Cyber Security Act (CRA), working closely with cross-functional teams to drive excellence and resilience across our products and processes.

🔥Your missions:

• Coordinate activities across the organization to ensure Medium Voltage Drive products comply with the CRA.
• Align with internal stakeholders in R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management to achieve compliance objectives.
• Lead and coordinate necessary activities among various departments to meet CRA requirements.
• Implement and adapt processes to maintain compliance with the CRAs.
• Establish and oversee a vulnerability management and reporting process.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of required documentation for CRA compliance.
• Oversee financial matters related to compliance initiatives and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Align activities with global cyber security initiatives.

🎯Your profile:

• You have a university degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in project management or leadership of technical teams.
• You have proven extensive knowledge of cyber security processes and regulatory requirements.
• You are familiar with drive systems utilized in industrial settings.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication skills.
• You have strong collaboration skills in multi-site and multi-functional environments.
