Your Impact

You will implement business, digital, finance or supply chain transformation projects across private sectors, ensuring long term impact delivery including but not limited to: capability building, organizational structure, operational excellence, setting up and executing transformation office, digital transformation, restructuring execution, turnaround execution, M&A post-merger integration or similar.

In this role, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with support of a Delivery Manager or Senior Manager working with McKinsey colleagues and client teams. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of a project. You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream, and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives.

Your qualifications and skills

• Bachelor-s or ideally Master's degree in business, engineering or similar with a strong record of academic achievement
• Proven project management end to end delivering business transformation projects such as capability building, organizational structure, operational excellence, setting up and executing transformation office, digital transformation, restructuring execution, turnaround execution, M&A post-merger integration or similar
• Stakeholder engagement, process management, analytical and highly numerate
• Demonstrated solid structured problem solving skills
• Good evidence of building strong relationships through effective communication, delivering tailored solutions with strategic insights, and leveraging deep expertise to ensure lasting client impact
• Experience project managing the delivery / execution of at least one large scale transformation project in the private sector
• Proactive professional with entrepreneurial drive spirit, keen to learn and wants accelerated growth
• Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• Native local language plus at least C2 level in English
• Hybrid working with flexibility to travel
