We’re looking for a senior, hands-on compliance professional who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and wants to make an impact across compliance, IT, and operational functions

What would your role be?

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive AML policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence processes to identify and mitigate potential AML risks
• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting suspicious transactions, including detailed analysis, findings, and recommendations for further action
• Handling of clarification request on transactions coming from Correspondent Banks and Card Service providers
• Contributing to AML/Sanction Questionnaires from Financial Intermediaries Providers (VT providers/ co contribution of the AML team), acting as Backup during vacation period

What are we looking for?

• Law degree. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE) in compliance or AML is a plus
• Proven experience in AML compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of AML laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
