Responsibilities

• Creative aspiration is fresh and current and clearly delivers the objectives of visual communication projects
• Maintain knowledge of current visual content production techniques, technology and software applications
• Acquire thorough knowledge and understanding the clients visual content standards and guidelines for all communications vehicles and channels and upholds standards in all communication materials
• Deliver communications and consultancy support in line with the organization´s strategic priorities to ensure that audiences receive the support they need to achieve the organization´s business objectives
• Produce timely, high quality and cost-effective key deliverables for visual projects including online articles, events communications, leadership messages to support the communications process
• Keeps abreast of industry trends

Profile

• Education and qualifications: Completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design (EFZ/CFC or Bachelor-s)
• Professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or in a dynamic corporate environment
• Excellent skills with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient knowledge of Mac OS 
• Language skills: Proficient English
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current visual content production techniques, technologies and software applications, and apply conceptual thinking to translate ideas into compelling visual outcomes
• Excellent project management skills
• Soft skills: excellent sense for team work; structured, independent way of working and a good sense of priorities, even under time pressure
• AI skills: Proficient GenAI experience, combined with openness and curiosity to actively explore new AI tools and integrate them into daily work
• IT literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
