Internal Audit provides independent assurance services to the Board of Directors and Senior Management. We are a senior team of experienced auditors and subject matter experts who assess risk and validate the effectiveness of mitigating controls. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced audit professional with the attitude and willingness to continuously learn and become familiar with new and challenging regulatory issues

Assurance provider in a dynamic, international company

• Management of audit engagements as lead auditor
• Contribute to proactive risk management
• Develop integrated views using your professional and regulatory expertise and reconcile them with specialists
• Motivation to derive new insights in a data-based world
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development
• Ability to judge and communicate complex regulatory issues in a comprehensible manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• Higher education. Professional audit certification or willingness to obtain one (e.g., (Swiss) CPA, CIA, CISA) is an advantage
• Relevant work experience in the financial industry and/or in internal or external audit (at least 5 years)
• Experience in applying data-analytics and generative AI Models is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, ideally in English and German
• Tenacious, self-directed, committed and accountable individual who excels in a team environment
