The CIO Office at SIX supports the CIO in steering the IT organization with clarity, focus, and impact. At its core, the Office translates IT strategy into execution, ensures transparency and alignment across IT, and drives delivery of key transformation initiatives

What You Will Do

• Support the CIO in steering key IT topics, including preparation of decision materials, management presentations, and strategic narratives
• Orchestrate and prepare key governance forums (e.g., Board and leadership formats) and ensure structured follow-up and transparency
• Actively contribute to the execution of the IT and transformation strategy, including managing cross-functional initiatives
• Connect and coordinate topics across IT and business units, including managing dependencies, priorities, and escalations
• Cross-functional Orchestration:
• Lead and deliver a broad variety of “CIO Enablement” topics (e.g., mandates, RfPs, workshops, communication formats) with high visibility and impact

Ad-hoc Strategic & Operational Topics:

• Ability to switch between high-level strategic discussions and detailed operational execution while maintaining end-to-end consistency
• University degree (technology, business, or similar), B.A. or higher
• 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in IT, strategy, or transformation environments
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders combined with clear and effective communication
• Hands-on, structured and pragmatic approach with a strong “can-do” attitude and the ability to independently drive topics to results
• High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
• Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus
