      Senior Jira Administrator (m,f,d) - JSM/Jira/ Atlassian / REST APIs/ - Remote

      Project: To join a leading enterprise organisation, we are seeking an experienced Jira and Jira Service Management specialist to design, implement and support workflows across IT and multiple business functions. The role covers Jira and JSM configuration, automation, integrations with platforms such as SAP and Azure, use of REST APIs, marketplace apps, documentation, user training and ongoing platform administration and support.

      Tasks:

      Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
      Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)
      Analyse business requirements and translate them into Jira and JSM workflows, custom fields, screens and permission schemes
      Develop advanced automations using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner (e.g. listeners, scripted fields, post functions, validators)
      Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using Jira REST APIs and webhooks
      Integrate and support AI-based capabilities (e.g. Rovo or similar solutions) within Jira workflows and service desks
      Migrate and onboard existing ITSM processes and data from legacy tools into Jira Service Management
      Ensure performance, stability and security of Jira and JSM environments, including housekeeping and upgrades
      Define templates, standards and best practices for project and service desk configuration
      Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation, including configuration guides and runbooks
      Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Jira and JSM issues
      Deliver training and coaching for product owners, project managers, service owners and key users
      Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to evaluate, implement and manage marketplace apps

      Required Skills & Experience:

      Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience in place of formal education.
      Minimum 5 years of experience implementing processes on Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
      Atlassian Certified Professional certification
      Strong understanding of Jira's customization options such as workflows, permissions, notifications, etc.
      Experience with advanced customizations in Jira: Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.
      Experience using Jira's REST APIs and integrating Jira with other platforms
      Experience with using Rovo or other AI solutions within Jira workflows

      Languages:

      Fluent English (written and spoken)
      German or Spanish is an advantage
