      • Inclusive Leadership Training & Coaching: Supporting On’s leaders with coaching and training to bring inclusion and allyship to life with strong inclusive leadership skills
      • Internal Consulting: Act as the dedicated D&I subject matter expert and consultant for leaders and teams. You will develop and provide resources, toolkits, and best practices to embed inclusive behaviors and processes
      • Data & Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of specific D&I initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting on progress to leadership, and making data-driven recommendations for future action
      • Impact Storytelling: Own regional insights, data, and stories to the Diversity and Inclusion section of On’s annual Impact Progress Report

      Your story

      • In addition to a specific passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment, we hope you’ll also bring:
      • 7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with a proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region. Exposure to the US market is a plus
      • Demonstrated experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups
      • A strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs
      • Deep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas
      • Leading with data: you know how to use metrics and insights to drive leader accountability and measure the impact of your initiatives
      • A collaborative mindset: you excel at leading cross-functional projects and navigating ambiguity to achieve shared goals
      • Self-motivated: you are a self-starter skilled at proactively developing ideas, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and executing with a hands-on approach

      About the Team

      • You will be a key member of the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Social Impact team, reporting directly to the Director of DEIB & Social Impact. You will work in close partnership with business leaders, the Talent Team, and employees across On to bring our D&I vision to life
