To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel Commercial Operations 100% Chemistry / Pharma / Biotechnology Rheinfelden

Your key responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to Commercial Operations headquartered in Rheinfelden comprising the departments Market Access, Business Management, Marketing as well as International Alliance Management. Also, all subsidiaries of Tillotts Pharma AG report to the Head of Commercial Operations
• Responsible for providing legal support on all commercial matters of the Tillotts Group
• Drafting and negotiating marketing and distribution agreements for the commercialization of Tillotts products in countries in which Tillotts does not have an own subsidiary including legal advice for a smooth less repatriation of products
• Supporting Tillotts affiliates on liaising with relevant third parties such as authorities, payers, associations, and other partners
• Independently handling all legal aspects related to the sale by Tillotts subsidiaries of Tillotts products to the market including negotiation of agreements with (pre-)wholesalers, hospitals and other customers.
• Managing disputes and litigations related to commercial matters
• Assisting the managing directors of Tillotts affiliates in taking decisions by providing clear and robust risk assessments
• Representing Legal in the Project Steering Committee Commercial which is the managing all commercial projects of the Tillotts Group
• Supporting the General Counsel and other members of the team on other legal matters

Who you are

• Master of law and admission to the Swiss or an European bar
• 7-10 years of experience in providing legal support on commercial matters in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong negotiation skills
• Highly motivated to work in a performance related environment
• An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of efficiency and attention to detail
