Senior Management Consultant (m/f/d) Commercial Strategy & Transformation – Life Sciences

As we continue to strengthen our Commercial Strategy & Transformation team in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with expertise in the Life Sciences industry.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, commercial excellence, and hands-on implementation in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.

Your Impact

You will play a key role in helping Life Sciences clients navigate complex commercial challenges — from growth strategy to large-scale transformation.

Your work will include:

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies for Life Sciences organizations
• Supporting go-to-market transformations and commercial operating model design
• Driving customer-centric transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and market access
• Designing and optimizing customer engagement and omnichannel approaches
• Leveraging data, analytics, and AI to improve commercial decision-making
• Facilitating workshops and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
• Driving implementation and ensuring sustainable adoption within client organizations

We work at the intersection of strategy and execution — ensuring commercial strategies translate into tangible business impact.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience at a reputable management consultancy
• Proven expertise within Commercial Strategy & Transformation in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
• A Master’s degree from a reputable university
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation

• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help grow a practice
• Are fluent in German and English
• Additional languages are a plus
