(Senior) Manager, Distribution Governance (Life Insurance)

- Drive and enhance distribution governance frameworks, policies, and control standards
- Partner with Life Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions
- Provide governance advisory to support business initiatives and strategic projects
- Promote a customer-centric, compliant sales culture across intermediaries
- Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor distribution quality and risk indicators
- Conduct control testing, quality assurance reviews, and monitor remediation actions
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and ensure inspection readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strong governance and effective control execution
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance, preferably within distribution governance, compliance or risk management
- Strong understanding of IFA and brokerage distribution models and regulatory expectations
- Experience in control frameworks, conduct risk, or governance functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High integrity, strong accountability and sound judgment
- Ability to design and implement governance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Experience in control testing, QA reviews and monitoring programmes
- Strong data analysis, reporting and dashboard development skills
- Capability to interpret regulations and translate into practical business requirements
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and issue remediation tracking
