Job Description

The Senior Principal Biostatistician (a) will be leading a project study of a new drug in Phase 3 which will include the following tasks:

• Perform advanced statistical analyses to support clinical and non-clinical research activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for statistical reporting.
• Develop and review statistical analysis plans and related documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior biostatisticians and team members.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and scientific publications.
• Identify and implement innovative statistical methodologies to improve data analysis processes.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to stakeholders within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will bring:

• A degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Min 8 years relevant experience as a statistician or data scientist within the pharmaceutical ideally with experience of having gone through submissions (e.g. FDA submission)
• Proficiency in statistical software tools such as SAS or R (no programming)
• Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies applicable to the LIFE SCIENCES industry.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials.
• Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dynamic reporting and shiny Apps as a user is an advantage.
