      What You Will Do

      • act as a trusted advisor to business, IT and corporate functions on data protection topics (GDPR and Swiss DSG)
      • support and execute core Data Protection Officer (DPO) activities, including data breach management, data subject requests (DSRs) and regulatory assessments
      • conduct and review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA) and other risk assessments related to personal data processing
      • provide pragmatic compliance guidance in projects, including digital initiatives and AI use cases
      • contribute to the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices
      • support awareness and training activities across the organization
      • collaborate closely with an international team of privacy and compliance experts

      What You Bring

      • several years of hands-on experience in data protection, privacy or compliance (ideally in a complex or regulated environment)
      • strong knowledge of GDPR and Swiss data protection regulations
      • experience with DPO-related activities and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach
      • solid understanding or strong interest in AI governance and emerging regulatory requirements
      • ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
      • strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions
      • fluency in English and German (both required)
