      What You Will Do

      • develop and maintain the product strategy, development roadmap, and lifecycle management of dedicated post-trade services (with a focus on “settlement”), continuously aligning SIX’s product offerings with client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Create product concepts, conduct thorough assessments and prepare decision-making materials for executive management
      • analyze and challenge the post-trade product portfolio of SIX to uncover business opportunities and propose optimization measures. Support the relationship management team with expert knowledge during client meetings and maintain marketing materials such as client presentations and product fact sheets
      • initiate and lead special projects and cross-functional working groups within the post-trade product portfolio. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including securities operations, to support change-the-business initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and efficiency

      What You Bring

      • minimum 6-8 years experience in product management or consultancy roles, with a strong track record of leading complex projects and developing effective product strategies. Must possess in-depth knowledge of the Swiss financial industry, particularly in post-trading and securities services (ideally in the area of “settlement”)
      • strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage complex and multiple topics simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
      • proven talent for working with a wide range of stakeholders across a matrix organization, including executive management, relationship management, pricing specialists, operations, and IT. Experience in representing a company in external committees, industry bodies, and high-profile client meetings, with excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to different audiences
      • relevant certifications in product management or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous
      • fluent command of written and spoken German and English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
