We are looking for aSenior Production System Manager - F/H/Xto lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the Production System across multiple manufacturing sites, driving operational excellence through training, assessment, and transformation initiatives. This position is located in Basel, Switzerland.

🔥Your missions:

• Design and deliver production system training programs for multisite manufacturing operations
• Conduct operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities across sites
• Translate global manufacturing strategies into actionable site-level implementations
• Lead production system transformation initiatives, applying change management expertise
• Facilitate and actively engage in Communities of Practice, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration

🎯Your profile:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in multisite manufacturing leadership in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• You have a proven track record in production system deployment (Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies)
• You have a strong background in manufacturing transformation design and implementation
• You are fluent in English
• You demonstrate strong engagement in professional communities and committees
• You demonstrate excellent change management and leadership skills
