Responsibilities
- Lead a CHF 15m+ transformational project
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, data/AI) across locations and entities to deliver expected outcomes
- Drive executive stakeholder management, shaping decisions in governance forums, and ensuring measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience)
- Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness together with the SDLC Change Leads in the different organizational units
- Create momentum, inspire and foster engagement through clever communication, branding and events
- Own end-to-end project controls: deliverables, scope, budget, dependencies, risks, reporting
Profile
- Solid experience in leading transformational and software delivery projects
- Solid professional experience in banking
- Certification in PRINCE2 (PMP, IPMA)
- Very good relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German, Spanish or Polish are advantageous
