Our client is an established External Asset Manager (EAM) based in Zurich, offering an entrepreneurial and client-centric environment for experienced Relationship Managers who want to take ownership of their client relationships and build long-term business.

Job Description

• Manage and develop an international client portfolio, providing comprehensive and personalised wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of client relationships, business development and the long-term growth of your portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with international clients, understanding their individual investment objectives, financial needs and broader wealth management requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through an established network, referrals and proactive relationship management.
• Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions in close collaboration with the firm's internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing a highly personalised service and ensuring a consistently high standard of client satisfaction.
• Leverage the flexibility of the EAM platform to structure client solutions around individual needs, within the firm's regulatory and compliance framework.
• Expand your international network and contribute to the firm's continued growth and market presence.

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker or Senior Wealth Manager, with a proven track record in serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• An established international client network and the ability to attract, develop and retain client relationships.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition and ability to build and grow your own client business.
• A high degree of independence, ownership and commercial acumen.
• A client-first mentality, combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with internationally mobile clients and an understanding of cross-border wealth management considerations.
• A strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions and wealth management services.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• A relevant professional network and the ability to operate effectively across different jurisdictions and cultures.
