As Senior Specialist - Athlete Integration, you will drive On's athlete integration ambitions, focusing on the EMEA region. You will manage athlete resources, integration plans, and compelling content that resonates with our communities. Reporting to the Athlete Integration Lead, you'll be a vital member of the global Athlete Strategy & Partnership team, amplifying our athletes across brand and partner channels.

Your Mission

You will excel in this dynamic, cross-functional role by:

Shaping EMEA Athlete Integration:

• Working closely with the broader athlete strategy & partnership team and relevant brand teams, develop and execute the EMEA athlete integration strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and driving marketing synchronization.
• Craft regional athlete integration roadmaps and annual plans with a performance-driven perspective, contributing to the overall annual strategic planning.

Driving Athlete Integration & Impact:

• Develop and manage end-to-end integration plans for top-tier athletes across On's owned channels and partner platforms (retailers, influencers, media).
• Lead local athlete integration into product and brand campaigns, maximizing authenticity and impact.
• Strategically leverage key athlete moments to enhance brand engagement and storytelling within EMEA.

Athlete Projects, Moments & Stories:

• Drive and/or take on various athlete projects, both regionally and globally.
• Ensure impactful brand representation around major regional athlete milestones (such as major marathons, international championships etc.).
• Strategically support EMEA Marketing events with an athlete focus, driving compelling storytelling and contributing to execution.
• Collaboratively develop and execute strategies to tell compelling stories of regional athletes, highlighting their journeys and achievements.
• Further drive and execute the strategic integration of regional athlete team initiatives like the On Athletics Club Europe and others.
• Collaborate with the wider Athlete Integration team to develop and manage evergreen storytelling, announcements, and other athlete content resources.

Fostering Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Embed athlete integration within the EMEA Marketing team, acting as a proactive enabler and key connector.
• Forge strong relationships and collaborate seamlessly with global and regional stakeholders across the athlete team, brand strategy, brand comms, campaigns, creative, media, retail, and B2B channels to ensure cohesive integration across all touch points.
• Deliver internal education to empower On teams in leveraging athlete partnerships effectively.
